Merkator Holding is the first Russian company to set a course for developing its own IT systems to efficiently manage the municipal vehicles’ fleet in the city. Already more than 25 regions use systems manufactured by Merkator Holding. The next step was the introduction of a digital system to monitor the health of drivers.
